can't log on to my system administrator

some how I have dleated my adminostrators acount know I
can't change any of my settiong or setup a network.
I can only get in useing a smaller acount witch won't let
me make a new one
Can anbody help me sort my problem
if so email me from owu beck
 
You can't delete the default administrator account. Are you using XP Home or
Pro?
