login lost administortors acount

some how I have dleated my adminostrators acount know I
can't change any of my settiong or setup a network.
I can only get in useing a smaller acount witch won't let
me make a new one .
Can anbody help me sort my problem

Check existing posts that have "Password" in the Subject line.

For XP Pro: At the Welcome Screen, with no users logged on, press CTRL-ALT-DEL twice to get the old Win2K style logon. Enter Adminstrator and any password that you may have put on that account at setup.

For XP Home: You must boot the computer into Safe Mode (see Help and Support) to access the built in Adminstrator account.
