Can't Log in at all after XP SP2

I have exactly the same problem as Perigo, but mine is worst where i can't
even log in through safe mode. I'm using a desktop installed with OS Windows
XP Pro. Could anyone help? Need to fix it urgently!!!

This gives Recovery Console commands to uninstall SP2 and some info
about troubleshooting SP2 install logs:
