Access denied in Administrator

I have logged into administrator from safe mode. I am trying to load device
drivers after re-installing XP Home, SP2 after crash. I can not load because
it comes up with "do not have right access, re log using administrator". I
have 3 admin accounts, with same results. Any help would be appreciated

note if you want to break the admin password on xp!insert the xp cd!go to
boot!and during the setup of xp there will be a option!
fix system file (something like it) ,or install a new xp!
choose the system file!
