Can't Load ActiveX Control over Net

I work in an office that has pretty tight network security and it is
causing me problems.

I want to access a web camera server that requires an ActiveX control
to be installed on the client workstation. But the network blocks the
ActiveX control download.

So my question is - Can I carry some piece of software into work on my
usb drive that I can install on my work machine to get the control on
the system and let me view the camera server?

Not much looks like it PA Bear hence he would like to carry a USB with the
Activex on it, if he in the organization and I'm the Admin and screwing up
behind me I will get realy nasty.
He should read the Data act protection and the CO Security Policy,his Logs
sooner or later will show up and he will get kicked in the ass!.
