Cant install

I have tried to download ad-aware and spy search and destroy. Each time i try
and download it when its done i click on the run and nothing happens the
little window just closes. Any advice?

Do you mean you can't install the programs? Is the machine clean? Go
through the following malware removal steps systematically, getting all
tools/updates from a different, known-clean machine:

isn't your cup of tea - take the machine to a professional computer
repair shop (not your local version of BigStoreUSA).
