Cant install xp after motherboard changed

so xp worked fine, then i upgraded my motherboard cpu &
Memory, when i try to reinstall xp, it loads needed
files, then says it must restart to continue, when it
restarts, it starts over from the begining, it is a never
ending cycle, please helpppp.

You need to install xp cd,restart computer,boot to cd,select,install xp
new copy.
 
thats exactly what i do, but it then starts the process,
gets needed files, then reboots to complete, when, it
reboots it starts all over like it didnt save the files
