Can't install Windows XP

I can't install Windows XP.
After boot from cdrom and setup open the first blue
screen to load some files, he stop on the step
"SETUP IS STARTING WINDOWS"

Did you run the compatibility wizard from the XP CD? It sounds like a piece
of your hardware is not compatible with the installation of XP. It is also a
result of the BIOS needing topmost times, this a bad memory module, but you
should make sure the CD drive; and the XP install CD is clean and free of
scratches.
