For some reason...windows has been unable to recognize my gamepad that I just bought. It uses a usb port and even when i manually install the drivers it still doesn't work. Can anyone help me on this one?

Do you have any other working USB devices connected to your system?
If you do, unplug your game controller, reboot, install the software, reboot,
unplug one of the working USB devices, and plug your controller in it's place.
This should correct the issue, and you can then connect the USB device we
unplugged earlier into the other USB port to see if the port was at fault.
