Twin USB gamepad force feedback is not working

I just buy a twin USB gamepad. The first time I plug it
into the port, winxp detect a HID-compliant game
controller for it. Knowing that a HID driver support no
force feedback, then I install the driver that comes
together with the gamepads. The installation was
succesful but there is no choice of the gamepad in
the 'Add game controller' list.
BTW, my computer does not have a gameport. Is that the
cause that the driver is not working?
Somebody please help.

If you read the manual it probably would advise you to install the drivers
before you plug it in, most USB devices do.

Which model pad is it specifically?

I tried to unplug it and unsintall the HID-controller driver before intalling the provided driver, but it's still not working.

The pad name is "Digital Pad" and was made in China.
