Cant install Fax

I have been trying to install fax but it says the i386 file is not installed,
I bought this computer second handed, and do not have windows XP cd. Is there
anywhere I can find the file thatI need to operate fax
 
Of course. On the Windows XP CD. Why would you buy a computer with none of
its software?
