cant go online on kids user account

My kids have a limited user account; they cannot access the internet through IE 6.0.
It works fine on the administrator account. Message reads cannot find server, I've already tried clearing the cache and offline files. can someone help?
I am using a cable modem.

change there account to admin, re-run the network setup
wizard, change back there account to limited, try to get
on before changing back. Let me know

Thanks Steve, As soon as I changed it back to a limited account it would'nt work again. I did however find a way to make it work. In the programs menu you can right click on the program you want use ---select run as--- then select following user --type in your user name and password---you need to do this every time you run the program though it does'nt save this configuration.
