Have you set the System Settings, sometimes called BIOS Settings, to
boot from your CD drive before it boots from the hard drive? Most
likely you have to make that setting change.
Sometimes, some computers will let you choose a boot device during
startup: Watch for the hits to press an F key as the boot begins.
