Can't get rid of IE Tray

Hello,

I cannot get rid of the spyware IE Tray (browser
modifier). It is a 4 out of 5 on the threat scale, so I
would like to get rid of it.

After the scan I have tried 'remove' and 'quarantine'.
This will temporarily remove it (meaning a rescan right
away returns 0 threats). But by the next schedualed
scan, it is back.

I have tried running Microsoft Antispyware in safe mode
but the same thing happens.

Any thoughts on how to get rid of this? Thanks

I ran all of the programs in Safe Mode and the problem
still returns. Any other ideas?
