can't get Outlook Connector to work

I have a paid MSN account- and outlook Connector working fine on my home pc.
On my laptop, I upgraded to Outlook 2007 and the connector won't work/ won't
load/ won't display the "Outlook Connector" menu. Tried uninstalling and
reinstalling several times. Ran diagnostics. Nothing has worked. Error
messages are not very useful either- just can't display this profile and
such. Any advise would be so much appreciated. Thank you

This is the exact error "The Add-in 'Outlook Connector Extensions"
(mson32.dll) cannot be loaded and has been disabled by Outlook. Please
contact the Add-in manufacturer for an update. If not update is available,
please uninstall the Add-in.

still having problem but , please disregard this thread as I just found the
sourse of the error and posted it in another thread--
