Can't get Dial-up to dial automatically on IE6 startup

If you install the Google toolbar without the "Advanced" options it is
reported that the problem does not return.

Did for me - I have never used the 'advanced' features and always install it
with them disabled.

A friend I was helping today setup his new computer just had this same
exact problem today and he also has the Google Toolbar. I went back to
Saturdays restore point and used that and that took care of the problem
or at least fixed it this afternoon. I also was amazed when OE brought
up the dialer. Mozilla was OK too.
