Can't Fix Context Menu

Type of Machine: AMD 64 3700+, 1g ram
Flavor of Windows: Windows XP Home Ed. SP 2

Problem: I installed a Microsoft Powertoy "CmdHere" that adds an option
to open a command prompt at a folder when you open the context menu and
select it. It has taken over my computer within Windows Explorer. When
I double click a folder, instead of opening it -- a command prompt opens.

What I tried to do to fix things: In Windows Explorer: Tools> Folder
Options > File Types There are two that seem to work in tandem for
Folder Context Menus they are File Folder and Folder. Both have editing
options for Advanced entries grayed out. Under File Folder there are
two items Cmd Here was in bold and the default option. I was only able
to switch it to "findit".

In Folder > Advanced Open is bold and default with Explore deselected.
In practice the default option of File Folder currently "findit"
overrides the selection for Folder. So now instead of a Cmd Prompt, I
get Search when I double click a folder. Not much of an advancement.

Question: Is there a way to have neither the entries in File Folder be
default so the default "open" in Folder can dominate?

Sorry, if I didn't make this very clear. At this point I am a little
confused.
