Can't find the database file

I have a database application that is shared on the network by several users
(approximately 75) in different departments around the company. A change was
made to some reports by grabbing a copy of the front end and turning over to
a developer. The database is split. The changes were made and sent back to
me. I tested them on my local pc first, moved the application to the
network, relinked the front end to the back end and retested again. It
worked fine in all instances of testing.
I moved the new front end to the production folder after renaming the
original and copying it to a Winzip file. I was able to open the front end
by both using an already established shortcut and by navigating directly to
the '.mdb' front end in the network folder and double clicking it. Other
users in my department can open the application successfully - no errors.
When users in another department open the front end they receive the message
'Microsoft Office Access can't find the database file ...(path). Make sure
you entered the correct path and file name.'

What do I check to correct this?

Use Linked Table Manager to relink the database.
Check that all users have the same drive mappings or use UNCs in the link.
