Can't find RRAS in Administrative Tasks list

I've been told to go to the RRAS item on the Admin tasks,
but none exists. The RRAS service is listed, but not
running, so I started it. Still not on the list.
I found rasadmin.exe and it says the service is not
started, but it is.
How can I get the RRAS menu item on the admin tasks list
so I can configure it? Also, why does it think the service
isn't started when it obviously is running?

Are you running a server version of W2k? If you can't find it in Admin
tasks, try running it from "Configure your server". It doesn't run on W2k
Pro.
