can't find Camera and Scanner Wizard

I recently switched from WinME to 2000Pro. I have not
been able to download pictures from my camera via USB ever
since.

I cannot find the Camera and Scanner Wizard, is it not
included with Windows 2000? And would that have anything
to do with getting an error message of "a connected device
could not be found" when trying to use the Kodak
software?

I have downloaded what I believe to be the proper driver
and everything always worked just fine with WinME. Any
suggestions? I've searched the Knowledge Base with no
luck. Thanks.
 
Its probably a driver problem, you will need to reinstall yr camera software
package, following the instructions exactly!
Ensure first that win2k is updated, and perhaps check yr mobo bios for
updates.
