Can't drag and drop files anymore

This suddenly happened and i don't know why. I can no longer move
files/folders, nothing will happen if i tried to move them( either drag and
drop/cut and paste). and I can't rename folder too, it will have a popup
error that say The files or folder does not exist.

To both of you, do a System Restore to a date before the problems started.
Disable your AV before doing a SR.

Click Start>Programs>Accessories>System Tools>System Restore.
