Vista Ultimate. Nothing happens when i drag and drop folder to other hard
drive to copy it. that's all that i can say. cut and paste doesn't do
anything either. you cut the file and paste it to the other hard drive and
nothing happens.

Has he checked security on the target HD to see if he has write permissions?

Did you not read what i said? i already said cut and paste does not work.

Hi AMD,

Is the other drive recognized in Disk Management as healthy, drive
letter assigned? In a Command prompt window, have you tried using the
xcopy command? Can you get to the drive by typing x: and pressing Enter
at the command prompt?
