Can't Download

I am not able to download this application from the save or run. The download
manager loads however no progress is made. I have uninstalled the beta
verison of Anti spyware. any sugestions?

I have the same download problem although I WAS able initially to get to 90%
one time in less than two minutes and 91 (I think) a second time. Both times
I cancelled after progress stalled for a couple minutes. After this, I
haven't even gotten the green bar. I had tried turning off my firewall and
virus protection with no different results. I also restarted the computer
with no change.
