Can't display Microsoft Newsgroups on some PCs

FOr some reaso I can't display Microsoft Newsgroups on some PCs. I have two
at my desk and they used to work on both of them. Then it was down to 1. Now
the news groups say Unable to display the page on both of my PCs. I am using
someone else's PC right now to write this. Anyone have any suggestions?
