Can't Delete

I copied a folder from one location to another and now I
can't delete it. It has sub files and folders, but none
of them are in use. I have rebooted in safe mode (didn't
load anything) and even tried RMDIR form the safemode
command prompt. I have tried my administrator account
and the system administrator account as well. What could
be the cause?

"Delete - Can't Delete Files or Folders"
