can't delete t3warsetup-dm

I downloaded what I thought was a demo for a game , T3 War of the Machines. Instead what came onto my system was a T3warsetup-dm (download manager). The manager downloaded the demo, which wasn;t very good, but now i can't remove the manager. The game uninstalled completely. When i try to delete t3warsetup-dm I'm told i cant and it is in use by another program

Go to Start>Run type: msconfig then select Startup and see if
there's a entry for T3-dm. If yes, uncheck it.
Do a search for the dm probably in Program Files. Restart and see if you
can delete it.
