Can't delete one email in inbox

I have one email that has been in a users inbox since Feb
2004. It came from (e-mail address removed). It is a delay of
delivery notice. In the "messages" view, it shows that it
has an "attahcment" icon.

When I go to open the email it gives me an "could not open
one or more attachments".

If I try and delete it, I get "unknown error" If I try
and move it, it says "The item was already moved, was
deleted or access denied"

I have loaded customizable alerts, and It does not provide
me with anything useful that will work.

Any Thoughts?

Try deleting it in Outlook or in OWA (if on Exchange) - highlight it and
press/hold Shift, then press Delete.
