Can't delete from Outlook 2000 Inbox (message interface error); w.

No matter what I try when trying to delete messages from my Inbox in Outlook
2000, I keep getting the error message, "The message interface has returned
an unknown error. If the problem persists, restart Outlook."

I have restarted Outlook, repaired it, reinstalled it, etc., etc. I
recently installed Servcice pack 3 and Oulook Update of 12/18/02.

Please help.
 
Service pack 3 was only for Outlook 2002 (XP). You should uninstall it.
