Can't delete Excel file on NetWare 5.1 Server

Copied an existing excel document to a new directory on
Netware server, opened file and then my machine lost
power. Now I can't access the file or delete it???

Error = "May be in read-only state"

How do I delete this file????
 
Bob,
Did you check to see if the record is locked on the
novell server console? You can delete the lock if so.

If possible, rebooting the server should help.
