Can't delete email

Whenever I try to delete my email in Outlook I get the error message The
Server Responded 'UID COPY failed Deleted items: no such mailbox' It only
happens with my email from AOL and not from my Yahoo account but AOL have
said that they can't help because they don't have expertise with Microsoft
Outlook so I hope someone can help me.
