Can't create email addresses

Please Help!!!

I have never been able to create working email addresses in Windows Mail
even though I enter the correct servers, etc. They always turn out as
default.
Some time ago I was able to create one with the help of a Comcast support
clerk, and it had been working great.

Yesterday, I tried to open a second email address and again it turned out as
default, and also turned my first account default. And now I don't have any
account that works at all.

Can someone please tell me how to fix this problem?

I don't have any idea what "turned out as default" is supposed to mean, but
see this:
Comcast has started requiring users to change their outgoing port numbers,
but has been rather poor at telling their users in advance.
