can't connect to wired computer

I have a wireless laptop, and a wired workstation. I have a wireless
router. The router is configured with WEP. The wired computer is also
connected to the wireless router. I have the same users on each computer,
but can't connect to the wired computer and vice versa. I can see the
computers from the wireless laptop, but can only see the wired computer from
the wired computer. The computers are both in the same workgroup. I am
getting the message that the wired computer is not accessible. I can ping
the netBIOS name and the IP address of each computer. Any ideas?

Thank you for your help in advance!

Any errors in the event logs after a failed attempt to access?
