Can't connect to TS via TS Client

From the remote workstation, can you ping the terminal
server and/or telnet to port 3389 on the terminal server?

At a telnet prompt if I type "open 192.168.1.120:3389" it
says it could not open a connection to host...connect
failed, but if I just type "open 192.168.1.120" it will
connect. I can also ping the terminal server by
typing "ping 192.168.1.120"
