Remote clients immediate disconnect from TS Server

I have a Remote Client trying to connect through an encrypted VPN tunnell. He launches his client to connect to the TS Server and immediately get's bounced. His error message is "Terminal Server has ended the connection". He can ping the server and telnet to port 3389. I can watch through Terminal Server Manager and see his attempt at connecting (a monitor icon pops up and quickly goes away).

I have 4 other clients connected through different VPN tunnels(as well) that can connect and remain connected.

Could this be an issue with ACL's or accessible ports on this particular VPN tunnel? Or could it be a Terminal Services configuration issue?

thanks,

Nothing in the Event logs to indicate this person attempting to initiate a session.

Is there a link you can send me to setup Terminal Services session logging?

Thanks,
