Hi,

I have a Brother MFC-7220 all-in-one printer connected via USB to a home
desktop configured in a workgroup. I want to connect my work laptop that is
configured as part of the my job's domain and that is connected to the
desktop via wireless network. I shared the Brother printer on the desktop,
and tried to connect to it via network from my laptop. I can see the printer
as a shared resource, but when i right-click on it and choose "Connect" i get
an error message "Windows cannot connect to the printer. Either the printer
name was typed incorrectly, or the specified printer lost its connection to
the server". The same thing happens when i use New Printer Wizard. Checked
for spooler service which is on, not a firewall problem (checked with
firewalls off)...
Any ideas how to solve it?

Thanks,

Barak
