Can't connect to my outgoing server with main computer.

I can't connect to my outgoing server with my hub computer. I'm wireless in
the house and I can connect with my laptop and handheld. I've checked my
settings on the main computer. I've deleted the account and then added it,
but still can't connect to the outgoing server.
 
Can you PING the outgoing server from a Command Prompt box? Might a firewall
program be getting in the way?
