can't connect HELP ME

when i start computer up a pop up says.. Cannot run, installing avkernel.dll
will fix this problem? And i am unable to connect to the internet at the
moment where as I had no problems in doing so before? i can't find any files
containg Avkernel and I'm getting so fustrated trying to fix something i
don't know anything about!! Can anyone help me out?? much appreciated

Your computer is infected with some variant of the WinAntivirus malware
(Vundo trojan). You will need to clean it up.

Go through the preparatory steps here:

If the procedures look too complex - and there is no shame in admitting
this isn't your cup of tea - take the machine to a professional
