CANT CONNECT CAMERA PHONE

Can anyone help me connect my daughters samsung e250 camera phone to our pc?
running windows xp sp2. I have been using the camera wizard as it didn't come
with a cd, but i get messages: hardware not installed properly or failed to
install. Thanks in advance for your help.
 
Have you tried going to the samsung website to see if you can dowload the
drivers?
