Can't click on website in e-mail

When I click on a website in an e-mail, nothing happens. I know that I can
copy and paste the website to my browser but that requires additional steps.
Any suggestions as to why the website doesn't automatically open?
 
you don't have a 'pop-up' blocker installed do you? I've
seen those kill links. just an idea.
