can't change my screensaver

I had a friend of mine play a prank on me. He has somehow
managed to deny me access from my screensaver options. Now
I'm stuck looking at this 3d flower box. can anyone help?

While logged on as an administrator, run gpedit.msc and navigate to user
configuration/administrative templates/control panel/display to see if any
restrictions are defined there. If none are defined, try enabling settings to
reverse the change or at least allow yourself access to do such. --- Steve
