can't change admin password

hi all:

i have win2000 pro installed in my PC ..i want to change my
administrator pass...it prompt me for old password i entered it and i
enter the new password but when i press ok..amessage appear told me
that " the old password or user name are wrong "..i'm sure it's wright
i tried it more than 100 times but nothing done...what i can do to
solve this problem.....

Right click on My Computer and select manage. Right click the Administrator
account and click set password.
 
If all fails, order the demo version of Winternals.
