Can't backup Documents & Systems

Using NTI Backup 3, I cannot backup the Documents & Systems folders. The
backup program gives an error of "sharing violation". I am the only user on
my WinXP machine. I tried checking network sharing on the Documents &
Systems folder but that doesn't help. Obviously I am missing something that
involves the user account??

Would appreciate any help.

It's Documents and Settings and the reason you're getting the sharing
violation is because some files in there, primarily your user registry
files, are in use by you just by being logged in.
