Can't attach or insert anything.

If I attach anything to an email, it works fine, the file is shown as
attached, and in insert, it is displayed in the email. Until I send the
email, then all I get is windows can't find the file! This happens with
absolutely every file!
 
Make sure the file is not open in some other program (Word, etc.).

If that is not the issue, which antivirus are you running?
