Cant Access Xp On Start Up

I cant access xp on start up at all i even put in the
restore disc and that still does nothing ne advice on what
i can do
 
If all you have is a restore disk and that won't work either, you need to
contact your system manufacturer's tech support as virtually anything we
would suggest requires an actual XP CD.
