Can't access Windows Mail

It's hard to judge from the partial error message you provided,
but I would guess you are running a non-compatible antivirus.

Windows Mail is not compatible with most McAfee and
Norton security programs. Those will need to be
uninstalled, not just disabled.

After uninstalling your non-compatible antivirus, download
and install a more compatible antivirus like the free Avast:

Even compatible antivirus programs will need to have their

Computer has been a nightmare since i bought it in August. Recently had
to to restore because email attachments kept getting error messages saying
"program not found', including snapfish when I tired to view pictures..
Just restored computer and initially had the wrong server name when
setting up email. Corrected both incoming and outgoing server names. Now,
I can't get passed the blasted MS security login to access emails. error
message basically says No server error, Error number 0x800ccc92. Haven't
been able access emails for over a week. Should have never gotten rid of
Windows 98. Vista is a total enigma. I hate it! If I had to do over I
would have bought a Mac - they are trouble free!

We are not able to help much from statements such as "error message
basically says".
Please copy and paste the exact error message.
