Can't access this newsgroup via Outlook Express

I have used Outlook Express to read these newsgroups
for years. Recent postings no longer appear through this
newsgroup on outlook express. When I post something via
Outlook Express, it shows up; but never with a response
and never with anyone else's postings. Postings that I
make via Outlook Express also do not show up on the web
page version of the newsgroup.
Is my server blocking my access to this newsgroup?

You should be able to access the MS server directly. Open a new news
account with server name: msnews.microsoft.com. Download the group list
and you should have no problem with seeing complete posts with far
longer retention than through your ISP news server. Abandon the web
page interface altogether - it serves no useful purpose.
