can't access public folder

Dear ALL,

I am the owner of a public folder called A-folder. i have set the access
permission for a user to "Author" in order to let him to open and read all
emails and all sub-folders in that public folder. But that user can only
access one sub-folder in this A-folder, he can't access other sub-folder in
A-folder.

I really can't find any solutions for this. please help

The user is using outlook 2000 on winxp
