Can't access ONE secure site in particular...

Ok I am at my wits end, and if I have to format this sucker to get into this
site I will scream. I have a site for work that I have to access to take some
courses, it's a secured site. I got into it all along with no problems. A
friend from work signed into it on my pc and now I can't even get the page to
load. I have cleared cookies, files, offline content, ssl cache, checked ssl
2.0 and 3.0 in tools/options/advanced. I have uninstalled Zone Alarm and gone
back to Windows Firewall. I have tried it in safe mode with networking. I
have re-registered about 30 dll files. I ran sfc /scannow. I have gotten
other people to bring it up and it worked, it worked for me at work earlier
as well. NOTHING will let this stupid site load on this machine. This site is
going to drive me batty I swear. Now that I'm actually PAYING to take some
courses, I can't get into it to do that.

Windows XP Professional Sp2 - updated
Norton AntiVirus 2003 - updated & scanned
Ad-aware - updated & scanned
Spybot Search & Destroy - updated & scanned
Spyware Blaster - updated & enabled

Please, someone think of something else to try! Either post here or send me
a note if you have any other thoughts,
Thanks!

Also, MS Anti Spyware Beta, updated and scans at 2am daily. Forgot to add
that, if it helps or not.
