CAN'T ACCESS HOTMAIL,WINDOWS UPDATE,MSN MESSENGER

Hi,

I have recently restored Windows XP Home and for some
reason the MSN Messsenger and Windows Update ain't
working. Also, I am unable to access my hotmail account.
PS. I have already added the cookies for the related web
site addresses as "Allow"...

Can anybody help!

What exactly do you mean by "restored"? System Restore? Reinstallation
in place using a recovery disk? If you didn't format your hard drive
and do a completely clean install, you may have a virus and/or spyware
causing these problems. Scan with current av using updated definitions.
Remove spyware with Spybot S&D (www.security.kolla.de) and Ad-aware
(www.lavasoftusa.com).
