Cann't sign in Hotmail

One Windows XP user cannot sign in into the hotmail webpage in a Windows XP
Profesional PC. If the user types in the user and password, the next screen
ask to retype the password over and over, but another Windows XP user within
the same pc does not have any problem. What can I do? Thanks

Hello Edwardo,

A while back an MSN Tech in India helped me with that problem. I had to
clear out cookies, re-install Dialup-7, and some other stuff that I nolonger
remember.
